Refund policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS POLICY:

We present the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, if you feel there is a discrepancy between the item pictured and the item that you received, please contact us for customer service. We will evaluate your request and may arrange return shipping, exchange or store credit at our sole discretion. Returns, Exchanges or Refunds Valid Only within 7 Days of delivery date.

Any product shipped back to Tribal Streetwear as an RTS (Return To Sender) for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility as well as incorrect address entered by the customer, will be subject to a $15 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to Tribal Streetwear at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the RTS Fee must be made payable through the original payment method.

Manufacturer’s Defects:

In the event of manufacturer’s defects, please contact us. We may arrange return shipping and the item(s) in question will be evaluated by our expert staff for defects and may be replaced, refunded or a store credit issued at our sole discretion. This policy does not cover standard wear and tear or damages caused by the user of the product.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal uses industry standard 128 bit encryption to ensure the privacy of your payment data during transmission. We do not store your credit card data or even see it during the payment process. You may also use your Paypal account. In some cases Paypal will require you to use your Paypal account, such as when your credit card is linked to your Paypal account.
